roku tv headphone mode not working

have 55 inch roku purchased in january serial number X02900AKNK14. tying to use iphone mobile app with headphones. when i click on headphone it tells me not availabe and cannot start. how can i tell if headphone mode is available for that tv. have older roku tv that it works great on

As a troubleshooting step, you can uninstall and reinstall the Roku mobile app, or check the app for the latest version update.
