i had a problem with my remote chewing up batteries. at least one set a week with no voice usage and little roku usage
i i used the chat area to find solution
i was directed to a level 2 person
they had me do a few things and nothing fixed problems
they have sent me a new remote which i received in mail today
this is the first time a chat session ended in a satisfactory solution
