Simply stated, if the "personalized row to the Live TV Guide" still remains whenever we upgrade, replace, or change any smart tv, we will not be purchasing a Roku version.
Exactly! It's a royal, unnecessary pain in the azz!! I can imagine many senior citizens are completely befuddled by such a ridiculous feature! That row wouldn't be much an issue, if it was just there for convenience, but no, they have us default to that row whenever we click the back arrow!! STOP THIS ALREADY ROKU, OR YOU WILL BLEED MORE & MORE USERS!!
