I added Paramount+ to my ROKU account but cannot find the Kennedy Center Award shows?

They do not keep awards shows of any type in their databases. The Kennedy  Center Honors is only available live when originally broadcast in December each year. If you have a service like youtube tv or Hulu live you could record it, I still have last years on my yttv library, but it probably disappear in August after nine months.

Content is managed by each channel provider directly. If you observe an issue with any particular movie or TV show on a particular streaming channel, you'll need to contact the channel provider to report this issue and request more help.
