Had to replace my old roku with a new one. The email used to subscribe to channels no longer exists. there seems to be no way to update subscriptions because they always send the update links to an email that no longer exists. Neither the roku or the subscription services provide a solution and the ability to speak with a live person is non-existent.
You should still be able to log into the account without the email existing.
Once logged in, you should be able to change to a different email address.
(This assumes you haven't also lost your password.)
