help: lost remote, new home, new network

Jump to solution

So I moved to a new home, I lost my remote, have a new network… I can’t seem to make any headway using the iPhone app to either get my IP for the TV, or put everything onto one network … Roku seems to not have a phone number where I can call to troubleshoot… Would anybody like to have a chat?

You either need to get a new remote or set up your new Wi-Fi to match your old Wi-Fi (same SSID/network name and password).  You can't use the app until the TV is connected to Wi-Fi.

Are you able to connect to a hotspot and what kind of Roku devices ?

Simple way is to get a remote from walmart/bestbuy/etc, but can maybe get you setup without.
