My Roku express would suddenly go baack to the home screen. i unplugged the roku and let it for 1 minute. It worked for one day. I unplugged and did a reset and also reset my internet. I have have nothing but a green screen after the dancing ROKU logo.

• How are you powering your Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
• Have you already tried performing a factory reset on the device to see if you can get past the bouncing Roku logo screen?

the Roku is plugged into the tv. As stated I did the reset and now once it goes past the dancing Roku it goes to a green screen and that’s it
