flicker and ghosting on Hisense 43" Roku TV

I have a 43" Hisense Roku TV that is 6 months old- It started flickering and also ghosting a few weeks ago- I unplugged it, I reset the factory settings- nothing seemed to work- a week later it stopped doing both things- last week it started up again- I chatted with Hisense and after a few questions they told me to contact Roku to get a firmware update- that support model seems weak as they are the mfg who I bought the product from- has anyone else experienced these issues?
