constant buffering and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

My Internet provider told me I need to clear the ROKU cache to fix this? Does anyone know where to go to do that?

Re: constant buffering and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

I'm not sure that suggestion from your internet supplier will help, but the easiest ways to clear the Roku cache are:

  • Plull the power plug for a few seconds, plug it back in, and wait for it to restart, or..
  • Starting from the Home page on your Roku: "Settings > System > Power > System restart", or if you have no Power option, "Settings > System > System restart".

Your odds are improved if you restart the router too.  Pull the power for both your router and Roku.  Plug the router back in first, then when the router has started back up, restart the Roku.
