changing network on app after returning from vacation

Jump to solution

I have returned home from sunbird winter.   My iphone app only wants Florida TV.    How to get the app to use my roku devices in Maine?    I have checked network and they are the same.

@markdoyle Welcome!

If you want to connect the Roku mobile app to your phone, here’s what you can do:

First, restart your internet router. Then, uninstall and reinstall the Roku app.

If that doesn’t work, try connecting it manually. Open the app again, head to the "Devices" section, click on "Get help?" and select "Connect manually."

You’ll need your Roku TV's IP address, which you can find by going to the settings and checking under Network > About. Just type that IP address into the app and hit "Connect.” If you need more help, just let me know!

Keep us posted.
