Which Roku device will handle NFL and ESPN?

Jump to solution

Hello Roku team,

I was interested in getting a roku device. We mainly need it for NFL and ESPN. What device would be able to handle that and are there any additional costs and would I need cable or anything extra?

Thanks,

Joshua Kirkpatrick

I believe that regular ESPN and NFL networks may require also having a cable/satellite/streaming service subscription to use Roku apps.

Sadly, Roku viewers will have to pay ESPN to watch the NFL playoff game between the Cowboys and Buccaneers this Monday. Time to revisit the Roku option...

@onevoice1255, the same would go for any streaming device you used.
