What wifi capabilities does my Roku express have

I was wondering what wifi capabilities my 2021 Roku Express (3930, 3931 series)  has, because my apartment no longer supports 2.4GHz, yet that’s the only signal my Roku can seem to pick up on the 5GHz network they provide

The Roku Express 3930/3931 is only 2.4ghz capable.

The new Roku Express 3960 is dual-band (2.4ghz and 5ghz) as well as the rest of the newer Roku devices offered on Roku products page.
