What’s the best solution for profiles with Apple TV+?

Let’s say there’s one TV with one Roku device in one house. Two people will watch Apple TV+ in that same Roku device (not together).

Is there a way for each person to have their own profile? Like every other streaming platform has (Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc)?

Or how do you solve this issue of Apple not wanting to add profiles to their service?

Or let’s say there are two TVs in the same house, two Roku devices, but still just one Apple TV+ subscription for that house.

I would find it weird to pay a family subscription for this situation when all other platforms has profiles.

Re: What’s the best solution for profiles with Apple TV+?

We are appreciative of your engagement in the Roku Community, @nibovim760.

Thanks for reaching out for support.

In this instance, contacting Customer Support of Apple TV+ would be the ideal option as they are the ones who created, maintained, and updated their app on the Roku streaming platform. They will be the ones who can provide you with further assistance and clarifications regarding this matter.

Aside from this, please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything else we can be of assistance with. We'd be glad to continue doing so.

Best regards,
Carly
