Ways around not having the actual remote

I’m trying to reconnect my Roku tv to Wi-Fi but I don’t have the actual remote only the app

If you know the SSID (network name) and password of the last network it connected to, the easiest thing is to set up the current network to match.  If you don't know the last network, there's no way around getting a new remote.  Many universal remotes support Roku TVs or you can get a simple TV remote from Roku.
