Washed out colors on my TCL 65S425

I have already done a software update, factory reset, and unplugged and re-plugged in the TV. My HDR is always on, but the washed out appearance doesn't happen all of the time. It depends on the movie or the program. This TV is not that old, purchased in 2017-2018 maybe and this has been happening for the last 6 months or so. 

If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, just looking at your reply now. This has been happening for the last 6 months.  Doesn't matter the channel.  Trying to watch Nonna's on Netflix and the moment I press play, it's orange or dark and or both.  I've played with the settings, reset them all again and nothing.  

How do I send a pic thru the chat?
