Volume on my Phillips Roku TV goes off when tv is turn off

For the past month or so I’ve had to reset my Phillips Roku tv because I don’t get sound once I turn it off and been gone for several hours. As soon as I turn on and choose the app I want to start watching no sound will come out and I have to reset it go back to the app and it work does anyone know what I can do to stop this from happening?
