Hi everyone

    We recently purchased a 58" RCA Roku TV. We noticed that the volume control isn't as gradual as other TV remotes are- example setting #4 is too low, but when you press #5 its way too loud, there is no "perfect" setting in between? Wondering if anyone else has had this problem OR if its a defect in TV?

Let's see if this works for you.

Reset the TV audio:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select Advanced system settings
4. Select Reset TV Audio and Picture settings
5. Follow the prompt on the TV screen.

System restart the Roku TV:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart

It worked for the rest of the day, next day back to loud increase between settings 4-5. I have reset a number of times and these are the ONLY problem volume settings. Could this be a defective ROKU TV?
