Voice remote stuck in pair mode, battery level pop up

I just got a Roku voice remote about 2 months ago. I needed to charge it for the first time, after it was done being charged the battery level keeps popping up on the screen about every five seconds. The remote also appears to be stuck in pairing mode as the green indicator light keeps blinking. Ive tried to restart the remote and even factory reset the TV. Any other suggestions?

Hi @ztwolf

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be viewed by navigating to Settings > System > About. In addition, this can be found on the back of the stick itself. We'll be able to further assist you from there.

Warm regards,
Lianna
