Vertical and horizontal lines on tv not working

Had my TV not too long date code say September 2020 and all of a sudden the lines came on the TV. Please help!!!

@Noah1 You will need to contact the manufacturer of the TV.  Roku does not make TVs only the operating system.  Good luck since many TVs now have only a one year warranty period.
