I have been trying to unlink my ex's Roku 2 device from my account. I am running Windows 10 and have tried unlinking the device on three different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (I cleared the browsers each time), but when I click "Unlink" the confirmation window does not pop up. Pop-up blockers are off, and Roku is a trusted site on all three browsers. I tried disconnecting my mouse and using the touchpad on my laptop. None of these attempts have worked. Any ideas on how to unlink the device?
