USB Key won't work on one of my TV's

I bought 4 Philips Roku TV's for my salon to run slideshows advertising our business.  I am using USB keys in each tv.  One of the TV's keeps freezing.  I tried factory reset, still now working.  Any advice?  Do I need to return the TV?

Hi @Gloweire,

  • When did you notice the issue started?
  • What is the OS version of your Roku TV?
  • Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
  • Are you encountering any error codes or messages?
