Two Roku Devices wont Stream at the Same Time

If I am reposting this I apologize.  I thought I posted but then ended up having to sign in/up.

My problem is I have two Rokus and if the newer of the two (Express 4K) is even plugged in the older one (Ultra) won't stream.  I just get the spinning progress indicator ....

I have read that this should not be a problem.  (And I have another house where two work at the same time but they are the same model.)

I want to get a Roku Streaming bar but wonder if that would make my problem worse.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Re: Two Roku Devices wont Stream at the Same Time

Try restarting your network equipment (gateway/modem/router) and then your Roku devices.  Just unplug the power from everything briefly.  If the problem remains, what happens if you perform "Check connection" under Settings->Network when they're both connected?
