I have a 65’ TCL Roku we bought just a year ago. Has been working fine everyday up until yesterday. Tv powers on, you can see that the screen comes on but stays dark, sounds work, controls work, the light under the TCL label is working. We’ve unplugged it for an hour or more, turned it off and on, tried pressing the home button or a streaming service button. Everything works but the screen but you can tell it’s on. Any of ideas on how to reset this or resolve it without being able to see the screen? We just got into a new house and mounted it less than 3 months ago and it’s barely a year old, would really hate to have to spend the money on another one and have to mount it again. If we do have to, it will not be the same tv. Please help!

Thank you so much. None of those things helped, unfortunately. This is my Roku TCL TV not my Roku device. My Roku device works perfectly unfortunately I never registered my TV through the Roku app.
