My system is 3 months old. The Volume UP button does not work reliably. It is clearly a physical issue, not a digital one as it will work capriciously if I press the button in a certain spot in a certain way. All the other buttons function as designed. If I buy a new remote for roughly 50% the cost of the entire system, how can I trust that the new remote will function reliably? Is there anything I can do to correct this except be required to spend more money on something that was already faulty?
