My 32in Roku Onn Tv has been stuck on the select checkout screen whenever i turn off/on, unplug, or reset my tv. When i try to select a date it denies it, and when i put in my exit pin # my Tv shuts off and reappears on the “select checkout date” screen. When i try to factory reset, i successfully connect to wifi but my needed update always fails. I checked everything and im up to date with my version so ive been completely stuck 🤷🤷
Try restarting all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router) even if everything else is working and then restart the TV again.
