This is more of a nuisance than a problem. TV goes black upon exiting YouTubeTV app. Can’t get out of black screen until you hit one of the preprogrammed buttons on the remote, Netflix, Prime Video etc. (it took a while to figure this out rather than unplugging the Ultra). You then open that app and you can then exit to the Roku Home Screen. This is an intermittent problem, maybe 1 time out of 10. I have run into this on my 2019 4670 Ultra and 2021 Samsung TV and a friends 2015 Samsung TV on brand new 4802 ultra. It’s a nuisance I would rather not have. Have never had the problem with any other app. Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we'd like to chime in and help. Let's try to perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. Kindly follow the instructions below.

1. Remove the affected channel by highlighting it from the channel tile, and pressing the star (*) button. Then select the remove option.
2. Do a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > System Restart.
3. Add the channel back by searching for it from the "Streaming Store."

Once performed, kindly check to see if you notice any improvements.
