TCL Roku turning on occasionally; never consistent.

Lately my TCL Roku has been doing a thing where it only turns on occasionally. The white light is on when it is off, then I turn it on with the remote and the white light is off (meaning the display should be on) but sometimes it’ll turn on, sometimes it doesn’t. It turns off normally whether the display is on or not. What can I do?
