Since this is a TCL TV, you might also want to reach out to TCL technical support as Roku has no control over third party TV manufacturers and will only provide limited assistance with those TVs. TCL Roku TV support
Users here may also be able to provide some help, depending on what issues you are having.
Check all remotes in the room for a stuck button, the offending remote doesn't have to be Roku tv remote. With constant IR stream from stuck remote a Roku command can get stuck in feedback loop.
