TV powers on and just says TCL Roku TV at the top left with a red screen. Doesn’t allow me to go through a menu or select any apps

Could you please let us know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? You could also try rebooting your Roku TV by unplugging it from the power outlet for several seconds and then plugging it back in to see if that resolves the issue. We would also like to request a picture of the incident to gain more insight into the problem.
