TCL Roku TV crashes/freezes on startup every time

We've had our TCL Roku 50S425 TV for three years and it has had this issue the entire time. Every time the TV is turned on, it freezes on the startup screen or crashes completely. It always needs to be unplugged and plugged back in, and then usually works fine after that. I've reached out to TCL support, but wondered if anyone else has experienced this and found a fix. Thanks!

I don't have that exact model number, but it's similar.  I haven't had that problem.  Try enabling "Fast TV start" under Settings->System->Power.
