Hi all,
My TCL Roku TV has been stuck in recovery mode for the past few months, I’ve tried doing everything that is on the site in terms of fixes, using WiFi, mobile hotspot, and formatted usb, none of them work. Roku support has told me they would refer me to the engineering team but nothing has come of it. Was just wondering if anyone has had similar issues / a potential fix in mind. Thanks!

I have a similar issue as it is frozen with “can’t update software” but won’t allow me to choose any of the options. I too, have tried everything they suggest, but nothing works. If I can’t get it to work, guess I will go buy a new tv, which won’t be TCL Roku for sure.

Are you getting any error codes? Is it stuck on “Can’t update software” or the Recovery mode screen? If you could send us a photo of the TV screen, it would be helpful. How do I insert an image in a post?
