Name is ray toth I got a hitachi 50” 4k hdr using a soundbar hooked to hdmi, I use a astound 3k cable box the sound is low when watch sed channel but when watch hd or 4k channel it’s loud how I know this is I use astound broadband rented cable box hooked up hdmi cable other app i install shows hd or 4k but asks as sed audio so it’s low at 100% volume all way up whats going on its on roku side also if use astound rented cable box and watch hd 1080p or 3k channel audio find if so channel it’s low on roku side any app/channel i install from App Store shows 180p hd or 4k but audio asks as if so channel so it’s low whats going on thanks ray toth hope can help fix it or send update to fix this it’s a roku 4k hdr tv

Are you watching the 'sed' (std, or standard definition) channels through the HDMI connection, or via an antenna connection?  How is the soundbar connected and configured?  Note, that for some soundbars you need to tell them to ignore volume up / volume down signals from the remote or you get a doubling effect:  the volume up tells the TV to get louder (or softer)  and tells the soundbar to get louder (or softer) which can seem to be a volume problem too
