My Roku was working fine last night, now today when I push the remote, the screen just scrolls endlessly. I have tried unplugging unit, replaced batteries in remote. Checked to make sure there were no buttons stuck on the remote, all to no avail. 

I can't contact anyone to find out how to get help. I don't know which model Express I have because my remote is not working.

This is not a new problem.  It happens randomly where a button "sticks" and you have to hit another button to stop it.

Roku has been plagued with flaky remote software for over 6 months now.  They just release another firmware version and it's STILL broken.
