I have a Samsung tv that I used my Roku with before. I changed my cable tv package to Rogers Ignite. Now it won’t work with the tv. Why?

Having same problem. Just upgraded to Ignite and now I can’t change source to get to my collection of streaming services already set up with ROKU. Ideas?
Same issue. Just update to Rogers Ignite and my Roku remote quit working immediately after. Changed batteries and still no.
