Roku won’t connect to wifi anymore. Please help?

Was working fine, it’s relatively new, maybe a year or so old. Never had any issues with it, went away for the weekend, now we’re back and it won’t connect to the wifi. Tried all the basic troubleshooting. Reset/restart, unplugged it, factory reset. Correct wifi SSID and password. Kinda at a loss at this point. How long do these usually last?

@markzuken-

Help us to help you.

  • What model and model number Roku?   Settings > System > About will tell you.
  • When you go into Settings > Network > Set up connection > Wireless is your network shown when the scan completes?
  • If you have other devices that do connect to your home network, what WiFi channel number do they indicate they are connecting to?
  • In your router, are both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi bands enabled?
