Roku updating continuously

I just got a Roku Express 4K+ and it has asked the normal questions, language and wifi. After accepting the wifi and connecting to it it updates and restarts like it it's supposed. But the issue is that it continues the same steps mentioned above continuously. I've already restarted it and my router but still the same issue.

If you're using the TV's USB port for power try using the supplied power adapter.
