Roku tv won’t connect to network after failing to update

When I turned on the tv it was trying to update then gave me error 014. It won’t connect to my network that shows available

We get that your Roku TV is not connecting to your internet service. We're here to help.

Try the following:

  1. Make sure you are using the right network and password. 
  2. Check if other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi® network.
  3. Restart your Roku TV.
  4. Restart your router. 
  5. Test your Wi-Fi signal. Learn how to improve your wireless connection.

Tip: You can connect your streaming device to a mobile hotspot as a temporary workaround to ensure there is no issue with it.
