Roku tv remote keyboard buttons

I go to the remote app and when I try and use it the keyboard keeps popping up and I can’t use the button at all someone please help

We completely understand your sentiments and we'd be more than happy to suggest further troubleshooting steps to help you.

  • Remove the app and wait for about 60 seconds. Then, reinstall it and log into your Roku account. 
  • Manually check for available software updates on your Roku device under Settings > System > Software update > Check Now.
  • Ensure your mobile devices are up to date. 
  • Ensure you've installed the official Roku mobile app.

You keep writing this same **bleep**ing reply on every post. WERE TRYING TO GET HELP / ANSWERS ON WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. HOW ABOUT YOU GIVE HELPFUL FEEDBACK INSTEAD OF THAT HORSE **bleep** COPY PASTE ANSWER YOU  KEEP PUTTING.
