I have the same problem. My streaming stick was out of warranty, but customer service was helping me with the resolution since. I have 6 devices in my home. After a little complaining they decided to send me a replacement remote. Keep you updated with results.

I have the voice remote. As the thread subject says - I have extreme issues with the right arrow not working well continuously. It's very frustrating. Sounds like lots of people have same issue.
How can I get a replacement remote so I can properly move around on screen to change channels or programs?

I have issues with the right arrow not working and and have to apply lots of pressure and it would work on occasions. Using Voice to help navigate the screen. I chatted with the Roku team and we walked through (with new batteries) the reset and reboot sequences several times with no luck. They were very patient with helping me find a resolution. Finally, after about 30 minutes of retrying and no resolution, the Roku team decided to send me a replacement remote. That was great of them to offer me a replacement remote since I live about a 45 minute drive to the nearest Walmart.
My thoughts. I found mostly all my streaming channels require a lot more usage of the right directional button than the other directional buttons by far. Therefore, I feel that my other buttons work fine while my right button is getting close to the end of being functional. If they use heavy duty directional buttons this might alleviate premature button wear and customer frustration. I'll post again with results with a new remote.
Thanks, RedVet21
