HELLO

Danny? Never received a reply to my previous post about my roku stick randomly unpairing. I have watched all the videos, seen a bunch of posts. And given the model and serial numbers as requested. Help me

Can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device (not the remote)? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

serial number? only one number is anywhere on my device. My roku stick is in the tv. it has NO number on it. my remote DOES have a number on the back under the batteries, it is 3226000159

model  RC80

can't u just send me a new one? the pairing lasts for a week or so, then out of nowhere it unpairs and i have to go through the shutdown/batteries out/in routine almost every time i want to watch tv, and that lasts for a couple of days, then it works again. i'm trying to be calm and patient blabla, but honestly, i want this broken product fixed. please
