Roku remote STILL will not charge

I have tried every single thing that has been suggested. I sent in my serial number and all the other information that was requested MONTHS AGO. Nothing has ever been done to remedy this problem. I am tired of having this issue. Since ROKU is WELL aware of the situation and hasn't done anything to remedy it, I assume they just don't care about having satisfied customers.
