Roku not visible on television screen

The roku turns on. Has a blinking blue light. But nothing shows up on the TV screen. I have tried everything the roku website recommended including restarting, factory reset, resetting the remote, unplugging it and letting it cool down, trying different input connections, making sure the hdmi-cec is enabled, and restarting our router. Any ideas? It is a roku premiere

We appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you took to resolve this concern.

For our other option, just to compare, do you happen to have other TVs where we can hook up the Roku streaming player?

If there will be no difference after doing so, please let us know.
