Earlier today my Roku Express remote no longer turned on my tv but was responding once I had turned the TV on. Now it's not responding at all and the device can't even be connected to via selecting the HDMI port on my TV's menu.
I did not realize that purchasing the product I did made me ineligible for customer support from a Roku representative. If someone at Roku could please enlighten me as to why I am able to spend my hard earned money on their product and they don't have to ensure that it actually works, that would be super. I switched to this product about a month ago since Chromecast went down for few days. So far not impressed with my Roku experience either.
I have unplugged and plugged everything back in more than once. My internet connection is just fine.

It appears that you are having trouble getting your Roku Remote to work with your TV. There may be several reasons why you are experiencing this. Can you share a bit of info to help me dig deeper into this?
