Roku not pairing with LG oled after battery change

LG C2 OLED is no longer pairing with TV controls. I updated the TV, repaired the remote, and also factory reset the Roku ultra.  No idea what is wrong. Batteries are brand new as well. None of the codes work for the TV paring.

We'd like to take a closer look to see if there's anything else we can suggest to help. Can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device that is paired with the remote?
