I have reached out to Roku numerous times in the last week regarding a broken voice remote. It was still under under warranty.
I have filed a ticket and the only response I'm getting to my very detailed issue is,
"We're just checking in to see if you still need help. Let us know in the next 3 days, otherwise we'll assume that the issue has been resolved"
