I have two Roku Voice Remotes and this morning neither of them will work (connect) to my Roku Ultra box. This same issue occurred back in January and I bought a replacement. Now the replacement has stopped working and I have two useless remotes. I have replaced the batteries, rebooted the Ultra and restarted the Ultra from the setting screen. I am currently using my phone as a remote, so I assume the box is OK. I have deleted both remotes and attempted to reinstall them but that failed. Any suggestions or should I just buy a third remote?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. No worries! I'd be happy to examine the issues you've encountered with your Roku remote and suggest some troubleshooting steps to help you.

Firstly, may we know if blinking lights appear when you press any buttons on your remote? Also, does resetting it help? (press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds and pair them again)
