Hi

We have a question about the Roku Ultra but not the Ultra LT:

 - Do all Ultra models/versions/years have the same firmware/software?

We are looking to buy a Roku Ultra for a relative with a disability. To meet their disability needs, the Ultra needs to be able to allow the user to change the font/size of closed captions and to place a black background behind the captions when playing .mkv videos from a USB stick. 

If only some Ultra's allow for user changeability of closed caption font/size/background on .mkv videos, which models/versions/years has this feature?

All Roku models basically run the same firmware.  As far as Captions settings, they all get the same:
