When I hit power on my roku tv its turns on for a few seconds to the purple screen that shows “onn roku” and the it goes black and blinks on and off from a black screen to that same purple screen until its unplugged. Is there something i can do to fix this ?

May want to try performing a Factory Reset.  Press and hold in the reset button (located near the inputs) for 30+ seconds. (make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before performing a factory reset)

Hopefully that will get you going.  You may get either the Setup screen or a Recovery screen if successful.

Otherwise, you may be looking at a hardware/software issue inside the TV needing repair or replacement.
