Roku TV suddenly not connecting to Wi-Fi

I have two Roku TVs, and one of them will not connect back to the Internet and I’ve even gone to the last resort of factory, resetting the TV and I’ve reset my router, and it still will not connect to the Internet

We'd like to be of support with this connectivity issue and we appreciate your effort in troubleshooting this. To assist, could you tell us if you've made some recent updates that might be related to this?

In addition, we could try to use an alternative network like a mobile hotspot to see if you're able to connect your Roku TV to it.

Please let us know more about this so that we can better isolate this case.
