Roku TCL TV stuck at Language screen

I factory reset my TV and now I’m stuck at the language screen. Will not recognize Roku remote except for power.

Model X00000KX9XFG 43” TCL Roku TV

I don’t know what OS it’s on because the system won’t go beyond the red screen with language selection. 

it is however on auto update. And the last one I think was in July.
